Per EMERGENCY ORDER # 12 SAFER AT HOME, issued by Governor Tony Evers and the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services on March 24th, Madsen Pest Management, LLC will be putting the following procedures in place:
All ongoing preventative management will be performed from the exterior only. These exterior services will focus on preventative insect treatments, the servicing of rodent equipment and looking for and sealing new entry points.
For certain pests and/or situations, we will need to access the interior to gain proper management. Pests such as bedbugs, cockroaches, fleas and potential others will require interior access. For all interior services we will take recommended social distancing steps and will be wearing proper personal protective equipment, including face masks and gloves; this will be for both your protection and our protection. In addition, we will be disposing of gloves and sanitizing equipment, boots and respirators in between each stop.
The following pests have shown to be managed effectively from the exterior:

-Ants (certain infestations)
-Rodents (significant interior populations)
-Spiders (if already established on the interior)
All onsite estimates will be performed as timely as possible. As before, all estimates and invoices will be sent via e=mail to aid in social distancing. Consent to move forward with the proposed estimate(s) will continue to be done via e-signature.
We will expect all current and potential customers to inform us if they have been exposed to COVID-19, exhibiting symptoms, or currently have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
